Haryana Staff Selection Commission is made under conditions of Article 309 of the Constitution of India, vide Haryana Government Notification No.523-3GS-70/2068, dated 01-28-1970. Through its legal status was given to Haryana Staff Selection Commission vide Haryana Govt. Gazette Notification dated 28.feb.2005.The Commission conducts examinations for appointments to the services ‘C’ group and can be called up for exam for appointment to the ‘B’ Group and services “D” if requested by the Government of state.
